Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate client leads and manage the same to conclude a deal.

  • Have professional approach for photographing and virtual tours for property for company advertising.

  • Work on competitive market price and match clients to specific properties, organize and conduct viewings.

  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

  • Handle sales and rental inquiries from client/s through phone call, email and in person, offer them property consultancy services.

  • Develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.

  • Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent and generate new property listings via networking, site-visits and regular meetings and cold-calls.

  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.

  • Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.

  • Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements.

  •  

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 2+ years of Real Estate Sales Experience in secondary market and off-plan in Dubai.

  • Excellent sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.

  • Smart determinant, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

  • Ability to achieve Sales/Leasing targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as a Team.

  • Proficient with CRM & MS OFFICE.

  • RERA certificate Preferred.

  • Valid UAE driving License is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for performing front desk, administrative, and clerical functions.

Accountabilities:

  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking and relaying messages.

  • Greeting visitors and taking messages if concerned party is unavailable.

  • Expert with all MS Office applications.

  • Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good in customer service calls & handling all clients inquiries.

  • Provide general administrative support and secretarial services as required.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience:

3 to 5 years minimum in a similar job

Computer Skills

PC literacy, good knowledge in using spreadsheets, word processing and relevant computer applications.

Languages:

Language proficiency in English
